Dimensions for all pitches are given to help coaches use or create pitches as close to their Age Group's recommended pitch size as possible:

             P5. 36x36 m divided into 16 grid squares 9x9 hence can create :
                                 Eight. 18x9 pitches.
                                 Two.    27 or 36 x18
              P3a.New,between P3 and P4. Undrained,with North/South slope.
                                    40 x 19. Hope to have this basic rectangle and1/2 way line marked for
                        appraisal / use on Sunday.

               Marking in other colours is possible but something the grounds team are keen to avoid. Keeping the white lines up to a fair standard is hard enough at times.Cones and poles( some groups have new yellow poles) have been adequate for adapting parts of big pitches to Mini sizes in the past.Just moving the big pitch flag poles should be avoided because they get broken,lost or replaced in the wrong position.

      NOTE.  P2 has not been included.It should really only be used for small pitch games in exceptional circumstances.
